Certified I.T. did what I thought couldn't be done, lower our costs significantly while improving our network stability. In the past, Employment Plus has always relied on full time I.T. staff. It made sense to us to do that since we have 9 locations throughout Indiana and Illinois. It didn't seem possible that an IT staffing company could come in and improve our situation any, let alone cut costs. They did both. Our network operates practically without downtime, as promised. Our costs are a quarter to a third of what they were with full time staff. On top of these things, Certified I.T. has some of the most knowledgeable technicians in Indiana.
