outstanding customer service and the peace of mind we provide
our clients by managing the day-to-day health and maintenance of
the hardware and operating system. If something goes down we
take full and immediate action, and fix it. Performing these
tasks with outstanding precision as part of our core services
package distinguishes Certified I.T. from our competition. These
core services are included in your solution at no additional

specific needs you might request.
Patching
Certified I.T. takes a timely approach to ensuring that all of
our servers are maintained at the most recent patch level as
prescribed by the O/S vendor. We are notified by the os vendor
before the release of a patch, allowing us to prepare for the
immediate distribution of the patch to our web servers.
